*Interpret these times as "starting as early as" and "finishing as late as". For example: on Tuesdays I'm free to start our session as as early as 2 p.m. or end it as late as 7:30 p.m. (or any time in between).
+ How much notice do you need?
Please plan ahead. For first time clients, I recommend you reach out one week in advance of your requested date, as I need time to process your screening information.
For same-day bookings, on the rare occasion that I can make myself available, I charge time and a half (i.e. a $400 service becomes $600)
+ Where are you located?
I have multiple incalls located downtown Vancouver (near Yaletown) and one incall located in Brentwood, Burnaby. All duos with Romi take place at her Yaletown incall.
I also offer outcalls to upscale hotels in downtown Vancouver.
+ Do you travel, offer FMTY or tour?
I don't tour or travel to the United States. Occasionally I am available for trips with long-term clients, or can travel locally (i.e. Whistler)
+ Can I shower before we begin?
Yes please! My incall spaces are fully stocked with all the comforts of home. I ask that you shower when you arrive so we're both fresh and ready. I will also allow a few minutes at the end of our session for you to rinse off.
+ Is drinking or smoking allowed?
All sessions are smoke-free. No cigarettes, vapes or cannabis. You are welcome to bring beer, wine or something bubbly along to our session. I can also provide coffee, drinks and non-alcoholic beverages. Responsible use only.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
+ Do you offer sessions with other providers?
Yes, I do! Romi and I offer Tantric-inspired massage and FS. After August 26th, 2026, we will be removing our FS option and offering massage only.
+ Do you see couples?
I have such respect for couples taking a non-traditional approach to their sex lives and I would be happy to facilitate a session with you and your significant other.
+ I have a disability, are you able to accomodate me?
If in my power to do so, absolutely. My incalls all have elevator access and no stairs. Extra time can be freely alotted for arrivals, getting ready to leave, and other transitions. Sessions can be modified for mobility or other needs. Please let me know in advance if you need an accomodation.
+ Do you see client of various genders, ages and ethnicities?
Whatever your gender or ethnicity, you are welcome here! I do not have an upper limit on age, but I do have a lower limit of 21 years old.
+ Do you offer kink?
Light kink and sensation play can be incorporated into your massage session for no extra charge, if you make the request in advance.
+ Can I bring you a present or a tip, or support your favourite organization?
I love receiving presents and little tokens of appreciation! Flowers, coffee and gift cards are always a happy surprise. Tips are never expected but always welcome.

Another way you can support me and our community is to take part in Tryst's TLC Donation Matching Program. The organizations listed in this program focus on harm reduction and advocate for SW rights, and are vital to the survival of marginalised SWS. When Tryst receives a donation receipt to an approved organization, they match the donation amount with an advertising credit for a specified account on their site. The donation can be made by anyone and personal details can be blocked out. This is a great way for clients to support both the SW community and their favourite provider.

SAFETY AND DISCRETION
+ Do you need my legal name?
Yes. For my safety, proof of your legal name is required to confirm a session.
+ What are your screening options?
The name, contact information, and website / ad of an independent provider you’ve seen in the past six months. Make sure they are willing to act as a reference before listing them. Please note this option still requires proof of legal name.

A selfie of you holding your government issued photo ID. The name and image on the ID must be unobstructed and not blurry. The ID must be current and not expired. Photos may be emailed to welcome.to.cecily@gmail.com.
+ I don’t feel comfortable sending verification information. Will you still see me?
No. Verification is a requirement to book with me and I won’t see anyone who attempts to negotiate around screening.
+ How will you protect my privacy?
Information is collected for the sole purpose of safety checks and is treated with complete discretion. I recognize this is a stigmatized industry (for us both) and protect your information as if it were my own. I do not respond to requests for information about you (ie. a reference request) unless you have given me permission to do so.
+ I am married / in a relationship, is that an issue?
I am happy to seeing clients who are single, polyamourous, openly non-monogamous, or in a relationship where this activity is agreed upon.
Do NOT message if meeting me would go against your relationship agreements (cheating). It is against my personal boundaries to be involved in any kind of cheating.
+ I'd like to see another provider. Can I ask you for a reference?
Yes! For your own privacy, ask me before giving my contact information to another provider. I will not "out" you to someone who asks about you without your permission, so make sure I know to expect an inquiry and from whom.
+ What’s your Health Policy?
If you feel unwell please let me know with as much notice as possible and we can reschedule the session. I will do the same for you.

+ Payment Methods
I accept cash, e-transfer or PayPal before the session begins. WISE information is available upon request.
+ What's your Deposit Policy?
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This amount will be deducted from the full total, with the remainder payable at the start of your session.
Deposits can be made via e-transfer to cecilyblitz@gmail.com or through the PayPal button found on my "Get in Touch" page (select "friends and family"). Please reach out for my WISE information as an option for international transfers.
+ What’s your Cancelation Policy?
Cancelations and requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
